Kiko and the entire team executed a well organized and fun quick adventure to Niagara Falls. The trip was memorable making the most of the short amount of time we had but being able to cover all the good spots! a big thank you and shout out to the South Bus Tours making this family trip a great one!

Me and my mom did the flying dress experience in the Dumbo area in Brooklyn. It was so much fun. We had an awesome time. Jona is the absolute best. She is friendly and welcoming and a true professional to work with. She goes above and beyond. Most of all she makes you feel comfortable and confident. Definitely take the behind the scene video they are great.

Our tour with Mike was wonderful! Upon meeting him, he immediately set the tone for a fun and interesting day. We would have never been able to get through so many areas in one day without him. And we certainly would not have learned so much. He expertly weaved us down through Brooklyn to visit the highlights of multiple neighborhoods. With each stop it felt like we were in a different city. And Mike knew where to go to demonstrate the flavor of the culture and people in each region. Experiencing Brooklyn through his eyes is fun, because it’s obvious that he not only loves being a New Yorker, but he also loves being a personal tour guide.We love to eat, but of course it’s hard to choose the most authentic and worthwhile places on your own. Mike knows all of them… and every bite was delicious. Our memories are sealed through the amazing bagels, mouthwatering deli sandwiches, and bakery sweets that melt in your mouth…. And all of that is before you even make it to the hotdog stand, lol.In addition to history, culture, and cuisine, Mike is also great about making sure you get plenty of photos along the way. He really packs a lot in to his tours, so it’s great to have a photo record of everything you saw at the end because you really cover a lot ground.

Wow! I loved this tour! Although I live in NYC, Mike brought us to places I never knew existed! From the architectural gems of Prospect Park South to the bodegas, bagels and pizza in mid-Brooklyn to the of Coney Island Polar Bears to the surprisingly beautiful shops of Brighton Beach, Mike's tour was a phenomenal experience. It is definitely worth spending the day with Mike, and I can't wait to join him on another tour!

Douglas our driver was fantastic! He started contacting me about 1 hour before we even arrived. He reconfirmed that he will be waiting for us at Hall A arrival under the A sign. Our flight was slightly delayed and arrival time kept being pushed later. I messaged him and told him our new arrival time and his response was very positive and encouraging. He said no hurry and don't worry. He will be at the airport waiting for us. Great customer service. He even went above and beyond to give me information when I asked questions. The next day he checked in with us to ensure that we are in the know of the coming Typhoon and that the Big Buddha Cable car was going to close at 12 pm. Excellent person and service!

Since we started traveling with 4 adults with 4 carry-ons and 4 checked bags we have used Nassau Cab Company for going to the airport. Sam has been our driver each time. There aren't enough words to express how great Sam is, but here are some - attentive, professional, caring, helpful, responsible, excellent driver and a super nice person. We deal directly with Sam to arrange our transportation via text. He promptly texts back. We decide together on a pick-up time. We can pay him with cash or by credit card (there is a small fee for using the card). He is punctual and always gets us to the airport on time. He goes beyond what a driver normally does, doing anything he can to help us. He picks us up at one address, then goes a couple blocks away to pick up my son and his wife. We are so very pleased with Sam and Nassau Cab.

I had a great photoshoot with Jona and her team, they made me feel comfortable and the dress is beautiful. The pictures came out amazing and definitely will be using her again.

If you want to experience the real New York, Mike is your guy! We had an absolutely terrific time with him. From the very start, he told us about the city’s rich history—so fascinating and packed with details. Our journey began with a visit to the heart of Brooklyn, and the view from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade was simply breathtaking. Mike shared stories about Manhattan's transformation over the years, showing us plaques that illustrated its remarkable growth. Breakfast was a classic New York bagel—freshly baked and slathered with garlic cream cheese. Funny enough, by the end of the day, we could confidently order "an everything bagel with cream cheese" just like true New Yorkers! In just one day, Mike took us to so many incredible places. We strolled through Church Street, discovering the vibrant Caribbean neighborhood and its unique twig shops. We explored the lively Russian enclave with its colorful storefronts and then ventured into the Jewish quarter, where we savored the best brisket and pastrami sandwiches we’ve ever had. Later, we made our way to Brighton Beach and Coney Island, where the salty ocean breeze completed the experience. In each neighborhood, Mike immersed us in the traditions, lifestyles, and histories that define these communities. He didn’t just show us the city—he brought it to life by explaining the stories behind its growth and even the origins of its traditional dishes. Mike gave us a deeper understanding of New York than we ever thought possible. It was authentic, insightful, and unforgettable. Thank you, Mike, for an incredible day in the city!

I worked with Jona on two occasions: first in Dubrovnik, Croatia in summer of 2022, and the second time in NYC over Christmas break. The experience was nothing short of AMAZING, and I felt like I was in safe hands with Bojan and Jona. They are reliable, professional and approachable.

Our voyage on the QM2 was very nice, our most recent of several Atlantic crossings. That said, the dis-embarkment process is definitely a complicated, hectic undertaking. For anyone not familiar with NYC or not a native English speaker, it is a daunting process. A few comments may be useful to others.First, for some reason, Cunard provides very little, if any, information prior to leaving the ship. Last year, there was an extraordinary weather event which caused local flooding but absolutely non of this information was provided to the departing passengers. I think Cunard could do much more to make people aware of the environment after Immigration and Customs control.Upon departure, there are taxies and various buses, but it is not clear what is what. The official taxies outside the departure area are yellow and I green. These are metered by the city. There are limitation by the city on how these taxis operate, so be aware that if a Brooklyn taxi picks you up and you are going to Manhattan, they are prevented from picking up a passenger in Manhattan after you leave. Understanding this, the cost premium makes more sense, these folks have to make a living as well.Beware of many other "independent" taxies offering rides, these are not official and caution is suggested. One that approached me had an immediate car, but when I asked if they took credit, his response was that he only took Zelle, which is a banking app that transfers money directly from your bank account. There have been many articles related to abuses with the system, and essentially this is like giving someone access to your bank account. So go with an official taxi. There is no way I would consider this offer.You can use Uber, but the process is very confusing. First check the cost and see how it compares with a normal taxi. There does not seem to be an official area where an Uber is to pick up passengers, so you will likely have to text the driver to connect. Just be aware.The easiest approach may be to arrange transfer to the city or airport with Cunard directly prior to departure. The is certainly the easiest, the difference may be in the cost. Check the cost, but if it is per person, which I'm quite sure it is, the cost could be double the taxi. Certainty and ease may be worth the added expense.In our case, we paid $80 plus $20 tip to go to Penn Station, Moynihan Train Hall in Manhattan. Pricy, but this is NYC and at a peak demand time. One can use this as a bench mark and decide what is appropriate.I hope this helps. Good traveling.
