The All-Inclusive Pass goes beyond the standard visit by including two unforgettable elevated experiences. Step onto The Beam Experience, a rotating ride inspired by the legendary 1932 “Lunch Atop a Skyscraper” photograph. Suspended 12 feet above the deck, it recreates the thrill of sitting high above the city while offering

Continue your journey upward with SKYLIFT, an open-air platform that rises nearly 30 feet above the 70th floor. From this highest vantage point at Top of the Rock, you’ll experience breathtaking, unobstructed views unlike anywhere else in the city.
From immersive arrival moments to heart-pounding aerial perspectives, the All-Inclusive Pass combines iconic sightseeing with unique, adrenaline-filled experiences. - All areas and surfaces are wheelchair accessible
- Service animals allowed
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Children 5 and under are free
- The Beam Experience: Guests must be 52 inches (~132 cm) or taller to ride alone. If under 52 inches, guests must be a minimum of 42 inches (~107 cm) and be accompanied by an adult.
- SKYLIFT: All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of your Skylift experience. Guests who exceed 300 lbs. (136 kg) will not be able to ride.
- Recommend layers and stable footwear for outdoor decks.
- Average visit is 45–60 minutes. Guests may stay as long as desired within operating hours
- No outside food/beverages. No tripods. No weapons.
- Elevators on all floors. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms. Strollers permitted (must be collapsible). Service animals welcome. Wheelchairs not permitted on The Beam Experience.
