Don’t go on a holiday or anniversary event! Traffic is a nightmare! The actual viewing of Lady Liberty was amazing!

We really enjoyed the whole Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island experience and would definitely recommend it, especially if it’s your first trip to New York.We booked the 9:00am ferry with Statue City Cruises and I’m really glad we chose an early time. It wasn’t too busy, everything at Battery Park was easy to find, and security and boarding were really smooth with no waiting around.The boats were clean and comfortable and you could choose whether to sit or stand wherever you wanted, which made it really easy to get good views and photos of the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyline on the way over.Liberty Island was definitely the highlight for us. Seeing the Statue of Liberty up close is really impressive and the island itself is lovely to walk around. We had pedestal tickets, which were worth doing, although we would have liked to visit the crown too. Crown tickets weren’t available when we booked, so I’d definitely recommend booking those well in advance if that’s something you want to do.We also visited the Statue of Liberty Museum and really enjoyed it. It explains the history of the statue, how it was designed and built, and added a lot to the experience.We spent around an hour to an hour and a half on Liberty Island, which felt about right for us, before taking the ferry across to Ellis Island.Ellis Island was interesting and the views were nice, but personally it wasn’t as much our thing. I think if you’re particularly interested in immigration history you could spend a lot of time there, but for us Liberty Island was much more memorable.The ferries between Liberty Island, Ellis Island and Manhattan were frequent enough and we never felt stuck anywhere. If you just miss one you may have a short wait, but nothing unreasonable.Overall, the whole experience was really well organised and easy from start to finish. Statue City Cruises did exactly what we needed them to do, and the Statue of Liberty itself absolutely lived up to expectations. I’d happily recommend the whole experience.

Fairytale tour of the Dyker Heigths neighborhood, our guide Antonio guided us with professionalism and one with a definite gift for human relationships. He gave us the most detailed information about the different families who initiated this tradition of home decorations for Christmas.

Juan was our driver and he was fabulous! He pointed out points of interest as we drove to the lights. He was waiting for us parked right by the theater door. A suggestion to those considering this tour, go early in the evening. We went after our show and some lights were turned off. I would also suggest going before or as close to January 1 as possible.We went on Jan.4 and I feel between the late time and being after New Years we missed many of the lights. It is definitely something to see and well worth the cost. We loved the private tour because it gave the 12 of us time together. We were picked up at the theater and then dropped off at our hotel. I would definitely recommend this.

Our tour guide was fantastic on the way there and back he talked about the history of NYci ty and the buildings passed I would give him 110 out of 100

This tour is about so much more than delicious donuts! Our tour guide, David, took us to a bunch of interesting midtown locations. The tour was lots of fun and we learned a lot of quirky info about NYC. For instance, do you know what inspired the gargoyles on the Chrysler Building? Take the tour and find out! Or, I suppose, you could just google it...but Google won't hand you a donut so... Take this tour; it's fun!

The only tour company that takes you into the statue. Hard to find the castle ticket office though as the park is under construction. So many other guys trying to sell tickets to you. Nice cruise over and back. Many steps up to the pedestal though unless you take the elevator

This was one of the highlights of our 5 day trip to NYC. The island ferry staff were very helpful and supportive (I went with my elderly father) and they helped us fast track the queue. When we got to the island, they had wheel chairs available FOC to use. we went around the island in about 40 minutes at a leisurely pace talking multi photos.Nice way to spend half a day.

Daniel and Adell did a great job. So fun. The tour was well thought out and very exciting. The tour is 3 hours long while walking through the neighborhoods and then the Brooklyn bridge. Highly recommend

All in all, the tour was excellent! Camilla was great! I would recommend deleting the Bay Ridge part of the tour and reducing the tour maybe to 3.0-3.5 hours. We enjoyed the stop at "DUMBO". One recommendation...Camilla used music to alert her tourists of her whereabouts. It's a wonderful idea, except some of the Dyker Heights homes had music blasting at their homes, drowning out Camilla's music. She uses "What's App" if any tourists lost her temporarily, another great idea -- we used it at least once. (I'm not sure if there was a 5:00pm tour option; if not, it wouldn't be a bad idea to offer this as an additional time option.) Also, Johnny (the tour bus driver), was wonderful!

Visiting the Statue of Liberty was a must for me — you really can’t say you’ve been to NYC without seeing this iconic landmark. Crown tickets were long gone by the time I checked, so I grabbed Pedestal Access instead, and it was still a great experience.The ferry ride over was a fun little adventure. We went first thing in the morning, and the wind made the crossing a bit choppy, but it was only about 15 to 20 minutes. The climb up to the pedestal was a solid workout with an amazing payoff at the top.The Statue of Liberty Museum is included with all tickets. It is small, easy to explore, and filled with interesting exhibits about the statue’s construction, symbolism, and history. The original torch on display is a true “wow” moment.

What a spectacular place to visit. The museum is amazing one of the best ones that I've been to in a long time. Extremely interactive. The gift shop has a lot of cool things to keep as memorabilia to offer. I really liked the stamps that they have at the side of the gift shop. They're free. They have the date you visited and the Statue of Liberty on the ink. I recommend stamping any bills you have in your wallet and keeping them or giving them away. You can also buy memorabilia from the vendors outside for really good prices. The views of the city are out of this world there's not a bad place to take a picture from. Overall you really feel like you're a part of history when you get on the island.

Visited Statue of liberty and Ellis Island. Little disappointed with Ellis. We went there so we could look up our family names and it was closed.

Well worth the trip. Staff and signage helpful in navigating the crowd. Enjoyed both the Statue and Ellis Island stop equally.

This was a great experience. The ferry boat was a great ride. We were able to view the Liberty museum for free. I really enjoyed the entire experience.

Visiting the Statue of Liberty was an unforgettable experience. Seeing this iconic landmark up close and learning about its history made the visit even more meaningful. It’s a must-see attraction for anyone visiting New York City.
