What To Expect
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS TOUR OPERATES ONLY DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER. We will explore the Brooklyn neighborhood of Dyker Heights after dark, where many residents spend tens of thousands of dollars each on Christmas decorations for their homes and yards. Many even hire professional decorators to design and install their displays . There are live DJs, with dancing in the streets and Christmas cookies and candy handed out. Santa himself wanders through the streets greeting visitors and spreading Christmas cheer.
The tour runs for the month of December only, starting at 5:30 PM, as residents begin turning the lights off around 9:00 PM. Please be advised that It can take as much as 45 minutes to one hour to drive from Manhattan to Dyker Heights.
On the way back, we will stop in Brooklyn Heights and DUMBO for beautiful views of the lit Manhattan skyline, harbor and bridges after dark.
