Overview

Our guided tours are individually tailored to each guest. This applies not only to the contents of the tour, but also to the length of the tour. The tour stops we have listed here are just one example – we will work out the specific tour we will take with you in a preliminary discussion. The sample tour here would be our shortest option, a three-hour guided tour. Most of our guests are travelling with us for 7 – 8 hours.

Our tour guides are all certified and passionate about the city – and that’s exactly what sets us apart. We share our love for New York with you, and look forward to bringing you the best city in the world!

Are you brave and dare to explore the streets of New York by bike? We also make that possible!

We also have the option of organising a guided city tour with a private driver if public transport is not for you, or if you are not good on foot.

The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum

The 9-11 Memorial City is a memorial located at the former site of the World Trade Center, where the 2,977 victims of the 2001 and 1993 terrorist attacks are commemorated. The memorial consists of two square reflecting pools of water located exactly in the foundations of the destroyed twin towers and features the largest man-made waterfalls in North America. It is an emotional moment to see the names of all the deceased engraved in bronze plaques around the basins as we review the events of September 11, 2001.

Sorting, ranking, and search results

Activity name

Cool New York City wants to make your searches as relevant as possible. That's why we offer many ways to help you find the right experiences for you.

On some pages, you can select how to sort the results we display and also use filter options to see only those search results that meet your chosen preferences. You'll see explanations of what those sort options mean when you select them.

If you see a Badge of Excellence label, the award is based on average review ratings, share of bookings with a review, and number of bookings through Cool New York City over a 12-month period.

The importance of any one factor over any other in a sort order varies, and the balance is constantly being reviewed and adjusted. We're always updating our systems and testing new ways to refine and improve your results to make them as relevant as possible to meet your needs.
