Kiko and the entire team executed a well organized and fun quick adventure to Niagara Falls. Tuor very well organized that allows you to visit beautiful places. As suggestions I would devote more time to visiting downtown Toronto and avoid the tour of the Aerospace Museum in Washington. Congratulations to both guides we had Victoria and Andrea.

It was a well organized 3 day tour to Philadelphia, Washington DC and Niagara. Covered all major sports with good explanations. Nice hotels, nice guide . Good one for any solo, family , small group tourists..

Our guide Toberto was excellent for the Niagara tour. Carlos was excellent for the Washington Philadelphia tour. We had a great time and enjoyed both tours immensely.

Beautiful excursion that allowed us DE see a lot DE things, much more than if we had done it by ourselves. The organization is perfect. Our mistletoe DE Reda is excellent, he taught us a lot and is very kind. The hotels are very comfortable as well as the bus. To do without hesitation!!

Amazingly entertaining fun! I guess no one does Christmas better than New York. Though crazy cold, we could still explore the city and see all attractions, plus the Radio City Rockettes Broadway was a cherry on top!

Itinerary program is very well organized visiting the major attractions, historical landmarks of the in New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Up state New York, Boston.

It was great tour. Sami Chen who was our tour guide did excellent work and shared all history. Only thing they should book better hotel in Niagra falls side and supposed to provide breakfast.

It was jam packed with attractions. Our tour guide Henry was very efficient and try as he may to reprimand people some people are habitually late. Not his fault. He was very patient and calm but firm. He stuck to schedule so we can enjoy all the tours. Henry is awesome

We left the meeting place on time. Tour guide made sure everyone is on the bus everytime we leave a place. Learned a lot from our friendly tour guides. Commentaries are both in English and Spanish. Made sure the aircon is just the right coldness as they ask the passengers to let them know if it needs to be adjust. They have safe drivers.

The Rating I gave is for the beauty of the places visited, who to rely evaluate you.In June of this year after years of unsuccessful attempts I managed to go to the United States with The Great Trips. Wonderful holiday, beautiful places and very kind people. It would have been the perfect vacation if we hadn't had a mind-blowing incident in Washington. 10 hours transfer from Niagara, arrival in the evening and until here everything is regular, in the morning after breakfast I go out to smoke and I see that the road on which our hotel is is cordoned off and blocked by police SUVs. I contact the Guide to ask if we would have problems with the bus but I receive no Response; we leave regularly for the morning tour but the drama begins when we try to return to the hotel in the afternoon, for 50 years in the first week of June the Pride has been held in Washington, 600 thousand participants in a city of 700 thousand inhabitants. Morale blocked roads, two and a half hours in the sun trying to be able to cross to return to the hotel doing kilometers on kilometers until a policeman moved to compassion of our conditions let us cross. Dinner in Georgetown lost and replaced by a dinner in our hotel with Pride participants (against whom I have nothing but it was not for them that I wanted to go to Washington) singing and dancing and evening at the hotel to cool off the anger. For the record that day still cost me 1000 euros, I who am not a Tour Guide would have inquired about the route of the parade and once I knew I would have avoided returning to the hotel allowing customers to enjoy the whole day as their right, but I was part of an organized trip and I could not do anything. In addition to this in the Response received from the Great Trips besides not even saying sorry for what happened they were also ironic in commenting on my complaint. I add other setbacks, which without the Washington episode would not have carried much weight, I have been traveling for fifty years and I know perfectly well that there can be unforeseen events and problems small or large, but I have received thirty emails from IGV, United and Lufthansa for the time changes due to repeated delays (over 6 hours) and gate changes or the octogenarian driver of the transfer from NY to Kennedy who drove us 3 hours around NY and continued to eat fruit and vegetables for the duration of the trip throwing the peels in a bag between the two seats not always hitting it preferring my shoes or even the tour bus with the toilet off duty throughout the trip. Sorry I couldn't upload videos and photos because the format was not compatible and I didn't feel like looking for a video converter. I apologize for the exposure that was not the best but when I think back to what happened and what I could not see in Washington, where I will never return, I find it difficult to remain serene and I conclude by specifying that the trip cost 12000 euros.
