Shortly after booking, I received a thoughtful message thanking me for my reservation and confirming my meet-and-greet on arrival, which immediately gave me confidence I had chosen the right service.What impressed me most was the communication — while my plane was still taxiing to the gate, I received a text from my greeter letting me know he was already waiting for me. It felt wonderful knowing I wouldn’t have to wait. I spotted my greeter right away heading down to baggage claim, holding an iPad with my name, and he warmly escorted me to my waiting car.The car was spotless, comfortable, and even smelled great — a perfect welcome after an early morning flight. My driver, Khalid, was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the ride home. But what truly blew me away was the level of service at drop-off — when we arrived at my residence, Khalid took my luggage and carried it right to my door for me. From the start, the service felt professional and thoughtful, within a couple of hours of booking, the company messaged to thank me for my reservation and let me know driver details would be sent the night before departure, which gave me immediate peace of mind.My driver, Khalid, arrived 15 minutes early and texted to let me know he was outside whenever I was ready. He was fantastic, as soon as I came out the door, he helped with my luggage and made the entire experience feel seamless. The car was spotless, comfortable, and even smelled great, which made for a really relaxing ride to the airport.The service didn’t stop at drop-off, Khalid also assisted with my luggage upon arrival at the airport and wished me a safe and enjoyable flight, which was such a thoughtful touch. Juan was our driver and he was fabulous! He pointed out points of interest as we drove to the lights. He was waiting for us parked right by the theater door. A suggestion to those considering this tour, go early in the evening. We went after our show and some lights were turned off. I would also suggest going before or as close to January 1 as possible.We went on Jan.4 and I feel between the late time and being after New Years we missed many of the lights. It is definitely something to see and well worth the cost. We loved the private tour because it gave the 12 of us time together. We were picked up at the theater and then dropped off at our hotel. I would definitely recommend this.
