As a native New Yorker herself, she really was able to give us an inside look at not only the best food in the LES but also all of the amazing history of the area. Such a fun and unexpected way to experience NYC. I’ve walked through this part of Manhattan so many times and had no idea how much I was missing. The AR glasses add this whole other layer to the city — art, stories and little surprises appear as you walk, but you’re still actually exploring the streets rather than staring at your phone.The whole thing was easy to figure out, even for people who aren’t particularly techy. It felt like a mix of a walking tour, an art experience and a glimpse of what the future of exploring cities might look like. Definitely one of the more unique things to do in NYC. Would recommend, especially if you’ve already done the usual museums and tourist attractions and want something different.

We had such a great time on the rat tour with Kenny. He was a wonderful guide, friendly, engaging, and genuinely made sure everyone had a fun night.It was cool hearing about his journey to becoming "Rat Daddy," learning about the work he does, and hearing all kinds of interesting facts about NYC's rat population. He also knew exactly where to take us, and we got to see plenty of rats just going about their rat business.I'd highly recommend this tour to both locals and visitors. It's a unique way to experience a side of New York City that most people never notice, and it's also a really pleasant evening stroll through Chinatown and the Lower East Side.

We had a little bit of a conflict trying to set up the tour but Merrily was very helpful and flexible in making sure my wife and I were able to get a tour.It was fabulous. Not keep in mind we are fairly art knowledgablea nd galleries and tours are something we already enjoy, but even for many novices, this is a great way to be introduced to a variety of artists and get a taste for how the art world works.She picked out a range of artists, so for most people, you will find art and artists that speak to you. She was very knowledgeable about each gallery, the art, and the artists, so Merrily was able to give insight to each one.We will be back later in February and will do out best to take another tour with her.

Perfect experience, downtown visit with Alessia. Knowledgeable and friendly guide. Very professional, pleasant, and well-prepared on the proposed route, which truly surprised us by including a crossing with the River Ferry. 4 hours of the visit passed pleasantly and even too quickly. Even after the end of the visit, she proved to be available to help us with advice on further visits we could do on our own.
